E-PER (electronic proceeding) Helpdesk is getting more and more popular
Orders of the Act III of 1952 on the Code of Civil Procedure entered into force from 1st July 2016 extended and made compulsory to contact with the court in electronic way.
According to the modifying statutory provisions it became compulsory for parties attending with counsel, business organizations and public authorities to contact with the court in electronic way in civil cases, other civil procedures based on statutory provisions, administrative and labour cases.
Before extending the e-contact, E-PER Helpdesk (firstname.lastname@example.org) has been evolved to give up to date and professional help or answers to clients in connection with electronic procedures.

According to data of the record kept by the NOJ, between 6th June 2016 and 7th September 2016 607 requests have arrived to the E-PER Helpdesk.
Recording, continuous and up to date arrangement, analysing and evaluation of the requests, furthermore continuous actualization of E-PER 2016 menu evolved on the central website of courts – based on analysing and evaluation – and its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) subsection are all assured by the NOJ.
