The setup of court customer centers has started
A strategic partnership agreement was settled between the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ) and the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) in 2015. In the frame of the agreement, as first task, the concept of the “complex design and interior decoration of the customer centers in court buildings” was drafted.
The goal was to decrease the workload of case management offices, to create a safe and calm workspace by limiting the areas that are open for the public and to design a pathway that makes access easy for clients.
As a consequence, the newly formed customer centers shall handle customer relations, while case management offices shall facilitate smooth case work. First step of the draft concept is to design and construct 27 customer centers.
As a first step of the planning process, the design documentations were created for the customer centers to be set up in Szigetszentmiklós District Court and Eger Regional Court.
The construction work has begun in the mid-of January and it is scheduled to be completed by February 2018 at Eger Regional Court and by March 2018 at Szigetszentmiklós District Court.
