The Constitutional Court also changed its administration for the duration of the emergency

The President of the Constitutional Court has ordered, inter alia, that until the end of the emergency declared due to the coronavirus epidemic, the employees of the Constitutional Court may perform their work at home, if the nature of their duties allows and the conditions are in place. In order for the boards to be able to take a decision in the current situation, the full session and councils of the Constitutional Court will hold their meetings by videoconference until the end of the emergency. The President of the Constitutional Court also ruled that if a submission clearly reveals the identity of the petitioner and the number of the case, it may also be submitted electronically in case of petitions.
The constitutional complaint must still to be sent to the court of first instance; in that case, the general rules for electronic communication shall be applied. However, it is not possible to submit a petition directly to the Constitutional Court electronically.
