The Committee on Justice of the Hungarian National Assembly dismissed the motion of the National Judicial Council (NJC) against the president of the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ).

This decision confirms the concern of the president of the NOJ and the judiciary about the objectivity and reasonableness of the procedure of the members of the NJC that has been expressed in the past few months. The final decision about the proposal of the Committee on Justice will be made by the Hungarian National Assembly.
