The Hungarian National Assembly – in line with the motion of the Committee on Justice – confirmed the President of the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ) in her office.

The resolution justifies what has always been represented by the NOJ, in terms of the unfounded procedure of the National Judicial Council: the President – as the mostly monitored public law actor in Hungary – has been doing her job in full compliance with the law since her election.
