Debrecen Regional Court of Appeal's council lead by dr. Balla Lajos changed the verdict of the Miskolc Regional Court, reducing it for the first accused to 2 years 8 month imprisonment, plus 3 years deprivation of basic rights, for the second accused to 3 years 8 month imprisonment, plus 4 years deprivation of basic rights. For the third accused 2 years 10 month imprisonment, plus 3 years deprivation of basic rights, for the fourth accused 3 years 2 month imprisonment, plus 4 years deprivation of basic rights. Furthermore, it upheld the rest of the judgment of the first instance.

Miskolc Regional Court sentenced L.K. first accused to 3 years 8 month imprisonment plus 4 years deprivation of basic rights and 200.000,- HUF fine for human trafficking and pimping committing it as a co-perpetrator. The regional court ordered 457.500.- HUF confiscation against the first accused. They sentenced L.I. second accused to 4 years 8 month imprisonment and 5 years deprivation of basic rights and 280.000,- HUF fine for human trafficing and pimping commiting it as a co-perpetrator. The regional court ordered 2.482.000.- HUF confiscation against the second accused. They sentenced Sz.I. third accused to 3 years 10 month imprisonment and 4 years deprivation of basic rights and 210.000,- HUF fine for human trafficing, pimping and prompting prostitution commiting it as a co-perpetrator. The regional court ordered 270.000.- HUF confiscation against the third accused. They sentenced B.L. fourth accused to 4 years 2 month imprisonment and 5 years deprivation of basic rights and 240.000,- HUF fine for human trafficing, pimping and prompting prostitution commiting it as a co-perpetrator and for abetting in child porn. The regional court ordered 270.000.- HUF confiscation against the fourt accused. They sentenced S.Á. fifth accused to 2 years of suspended imprisonment for for child porn. They sentenced Bné. B.K. sixth accused to 120.000,- fine for prompting prostitution. The defendant of the first, second, third and fourth accused appealed for acquittal. The court found that between april and june 2011. the first, second, third and fourth accused rented flats in Mikolc for several women for the sake of prostitution. The accused got around 5-6000 HUF daily for each flat and as “protection money”, which was used by them for their own purposes. The fifth accused took pornographic pictures of an underage girl which he used as advertisement. The first and second accused sold another underage girl for 100.000,- HUF to the third and fourth accused, telling them that they could do whatever they wanted with her.
