A Svájci-Magyar Együttműködés

Az Európai Bizottság és Svájc 2006-ban aláírt kétoldalú megállapodása értelmében Svájc a 2004-ben csatlakozott európai uniós tagországoknak egyszeri, vissza nem térítendő támogatásként 5 éven keresztül összesen 1 milliárd svájci frank hozzájárulást biztosított. A tagországoknak nyújtott támogatással Svájc az Európával való szolidaritását fejezte ki, felelős partnerként részt vállalva az EU által Közép- és Kelet-Európának nyújtott fejlesztési segítségből, ugyanakkor törekedve a szilárd gazdasági és politikai kapcsolatok kialakítására az új tagállamokkal.

Az új EU tagállamok a következő négy tematikus területen részesülhettek támogatásban: 

• Biztonság, stabilitás reformok     
• Környezet és infrastruktúra
• Magánszektor ösztönzése
• Humánerőforrás- és szociális fejlesztés

A támogatásban részesülő tagállamok közül Magyarország 130.738.000 svájci frank (mintegy 21 milliárd forint) támogatást kapott. Az Országos Bírósági Hivatal 2012. augusztus 1-jén Végrehajtási Megállapodást írt alá a Biztonság, stabilitás reformok prioritásterületre vonatkozóan, amivel megkezdődött „A bíróságok ellátása biztonságot növelő berendezésekkel és informatikai alkalmazásokkal” megnevezésű projekt végrehajtása.

The Swiss-Hungarian Cooperation

In accordance with the agreement signed between the European Commission and Switzerland in 2006, Switzerland granted, as a one-time, non-refundable assistance to the member states which accessed to the European Union in 2004 a contribution during the period of five years in the total amount of one billion Swiss franks. With the contribution granted to the new member states, Switzerland expressed the country’s solidarity with Europe, going shares in, as a responsible partner, the development assistance granted to Central and Eastern Europe by the European Union and, at the same time, striving to establish solid economic and political relations with the new member states.

The New member states could receive grants in the following four thematic areas:

Security, stability reforms
Environment and infrastructure
Promotion of the private sector
Human resource and social development
Of the assisted countries, Hungary received grants in the amount of 130.738.000 Swiss franks (approximately, 21 billion Hungarian forints). The National Judicial Office signed an Implementation Agreement on 1st August 2012 regarding the Security, stability reforms thematic priority area and it gave green light and launched the implementation of the project called „Supply of courts with equipment upgrading security and IT applications”.
