„Biztonságban a bíróságokon”

A projektfejlesztés célja

A projekt célja a bíróságok fizikai és informatikai biztonsági szintjének növelése volt, olyan, a XXI. századi követelményeknek megfelelő, modern biztonságtechnikai eszközök – elsősorban fémkereső beléptető kapuk, röntgensugaras csomagvizsgáló berendezések – beszerzésével, amelyek garantálják a bírósági épületek fizikai biztonságát, és így hozzájárulnak az ügyfeleink és a munkatársaink védelméhez. További cél volt hatékony és biztonságos ügyintézést elősegítő központi adatbázis kapcsolatok kialakítása, valamint korszerű informatikai eszközök beszerzése.

A korábbinál jobb, modernebb, az ügyfelek szempontjából kényelmesebb, biztonságosabb infrastrukturális környezet kialakítása egy műszaki és egy informatikai alprojekt keretében valósult meg.
A projekt révén létrejövő fejlesztéseknek minden bíróság és érintett ügyfél haszonélvezőjévé vált, így a projekt hatóköre országos, a teljes bírósági intézményrendszert magában foglalja.

 

Eredmények

A projektet megelőzően, 2012 januárjában lefolytatott felmérésből eredő becslések szerint évente a bírósági épületekbe bevitt, átvizsgált csomagok száma elérte a 6 millió darabot, míg éves szinten közel 30.000 darab volt a beviteli tilalom alá eső tárgyak száma, 2009 és 2012 között több mint 150 bombariadó (közveszéllyel fenyegetés, terrorcselekménnyel fenyegetés) érte a magyar bíróságokat. „Out of Harms way in the courts”

The purpose of the project development

The core objective of the project was to upgrade the physical and information technology security of the courts with the procurement of modern security devices meeting the requirements of the 21st century – in the first place, metal detection gates, X-ray package screening devices – which guarantee the physical safety of the courts and this way contribute to the protection of our clients and staff members. The additional objectives were to develop connections of the central database promoting efficient and safe administration and purchase modern information technology devices and equipment. 
Development of a better, more modern and, from the perspective of the clients, more comfortable and secure infrastructural environment was realised within the framework of the technical and an information technology sub-project.  
All the courts and all the affected clients have become beneficiaries of the developments implemented through the project, and as a consequence, the scope of the project is nationwide covering the whole judicial system. 

 

Some data about the results achieved

Prior to the implementation of the project, according to the estimates gained on the basis of the survey made in January 2012, the number of packages taken into the court buildings and screened reached 6 million pieces per year, while the annual average number of the prohibited objects was about 30.000. Between 2009 and 2012 there were more than 150 bomb alerts (threat with public disorder, threat with act of terrorism) in the courts.
