Judges working in the field of administrative and labour law had to declare until 30 April 2019 whether they want to continue their work at administrative courts to be established on 1 January 2020, or to remain within the ordinary court system.

The President of the National Office for the Judiciary acted in accordance with the law in the assessement of applications for court leader posistions in 2018.
