Dr. Tatár-Kis Pétert bízta meg a Fővárosi Törvényszék elnöki feladatainak ellátásával az Országos Bírósági Hivatal (OBH) elnöke. Az egy éves megbízásra azt követően került sor, hogy a törvényszéki elnöki álláshelyre kiírt pályázat újra eredménytelen lett.
