Since 2015, the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ) has been publishing an integrity questionnaire for judges every year to understand the processes and circumstances relating the integrity of the judiciary. The NOJ continuously strives to keep the questions clear and up-to-date and the questionnaires’ length limited to keep the target group motivated in participation, while providing lots of information at the same time.
There is no future without past – reminded the President of the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ) the participants of the Consilium Petitorium which is held since 2014 for the recently appointed judges, assistant judges and trainee judges. In front of the 300 participants Dr. Tünde Handó talked about the importance of the care of traditions and the research of the history of the judiciary.
The President of the National Office for the Judiciary acted in accordance with the law in the assessement of applications for court leader posistions in 2018.

The Hungarian team has prepared an excellent written project at the 4-day-long championship, organized by the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). The team of trainee judges has returned home with a medal and a certificate, along with the judges’ praise for their thoughtful opinions and written work.
