Továbbra is magas az integritástudatosság az igazságszolgáltatásban

Az Állami Számvevőszék 2018-ban is elvégezte integritás felmérését a hazai közintézmények integritási helyzetének értékelése, az integritástudatosság növelésének támogatása érdekében. Az eredmények továbbra is azt mutatják, hogy az integritástudatosság magas az igazságszolgáltatás területén.

A „Digitális Nyílt Nap” road-show következő állomása a Budapesti IV. és XV. Kerületi Bíróság (közismert nevén az Újpesti Bíróság) volt. A rendezvény résztvevői a bíróságok elektronikus kapcsolattartásának jelene és jövője mellett megismerkedhettek az Újpesti Bírósággal is.

Mintegy 130 fő előtt mutatta be a Fővárosi Törvényszék az OBH-val és a társhatóságokkal együtt a XXI. századi bíróság kihívásait, és az abban rejlő technikai lehetőségeket. A Mikulás-előnapi, szaloncukor kóstolással kísért délelőttön, a BKKB- n már nagy sikerrel alkalmazott ViaVideon túl, a legnagyobb érdeklődés a beszédfelismerő-rendszer előnyeit bemutató standnál volt.

Nyíregyházi Törvényszék - Elítélte a bíróság csalás-sorozatot interneten keresztül elkövető vádlottat

A Nyíregyházi Járásbíróság 2018. július 10-én információs rendszer felhasználásával elkövetett csalás bűntette és más bűncselekmények miatt 3 év börtönbüntetésre, 200.000 forint pénzbüntetésre és 3 év közügyektől eltiltás mellékbüntetésre ítélte B. B. vádlottat.

A bíróság által megállapított tényállás szerint az informatikus végzettséggel rendelkező vádlott évek óta interneten megvalósított csalási cselekményekből tartotta fenn magát.

Balassagyarmati Törvényszék – Póthajakkal verte át a vevőit a fiatal nő

A vádlott a Facebook Marketplace online piacterén valódi emberi hajból készített, valójában azonban értéktelen, „farsangi felcsatolható”, szintetikus kínai póthajakat hirdetett, majd adott el borsos áron a sértettek részére. A vádlott az értékesítést követően elérhetetlenné vált a vevők számára.

A Fővárosi Törvényszék 2023. június 21-én előkészítő ülést tartott egy büntetőügyben, amelyben a hat terhelt közül néhányakat a fentieken kívül többek között még tizenkettedik életévét be nem töltött hozzátartozója sérelmére folytatólagosan elkövetett szexuális erőszak, tizennyolcadik életévét be nem töltött személyről az elkövető nevelése, felügyelete alatt álló személy sérelmére, pornográf felvétel készítésével, hozzáférhetővé tételével, valamint bűnszervezetben elkövetett gyermekpornográfia bűntettével is vádol az ügyészség.

On 26 February 2019, the President of the National Office for the Judiciary (NOJ) negotiated the question of the new judicial remuneration system with Finance Minister Mihály Varga and dr. Pál Völner, Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Justice. At the meeting, Dr. Tünde Handó presented the NOJ’s proposal, which was continously developed in the course of eight months, taking into account the opinion of judges and court leaders, and was finally crystallized by the end of last year.

Szombathelyi Törvényszék – Különös visszaeső csaló sárvári elítélése

A Sárvári Járásbíróság 5 rendbeli társtettesként, nagyobb kárt okozó, bűnszövetségben, és üzletszerűen elkövetett csalás bűntette és más bűncselekmények miatt, halmazati büntetésül 5 év 6 hónap börtönre ítélte a különös visszaeső vádlottat. Kötelezte továbbá a bejelentett polgári jogi igények megfizetésére.

Mediation in Europe and in Hungary - International conference on court annexed mediation

Since 2013 the parties have an opportunity in the bigger Hungarian courts to use mediation procedure in connection with the pending civil, and non-judicial proceedings. The mediation is a mode of dispute resolution, in which the parties can make an agreement, settle the case and resolve their conflict with the assistance of the mediator, who is a third party obliged to strict confidence. The last 3 years prove that more and more citizens resort to the court mediation services. According to the statistics most of the court mediation proceedings end with the agreement of the parties.
